The Estate of Castello di Reschio

We are delighted to present Reschio, a private estate of 3,000 acres sitting on the border of Tuscany and Umbria. The centerpiece of the estate is the 11th century Castle, home to the owner, Count Antonio Bolza, and his family. Scattered across the rolling, unspoilt landscape are a selection of privately owned luxury homes, several of which are available to rent for a unique holiday experience.

The estate affords privacy and security in tranquil surroundings and residents can enjoy classic Umbrian food in the estates private restaurant, horse riding, tennis, fishing, mountain biking and country walks on the estate. Guests also benefit from a superb concierge service available through the estate management who can organize personal cooks, drivers, sightseeing and much more.

This beautiful 5 bedroom villa is located in the heart of the Reschio Estate. A twin staircase leads up from the front terrace to the first floor and this floor in the Italian Villa tradition is called the Piano Nobile and holds the formal drawing room. A stone clad tower contains a semi-spiral hand built travertine staircase leading from basement to the second floor where the spacious master suite is located. There are 4 further en-suite guest bedrooms, one on the ground floor and three on the first floor.
