We do not book holiday villas from our website but merely display the quality and diversity of villas in our portfolio. We talk to each individual client prior to submitting a selection of properties to ensure that we can meet their luxury holiday villa criteria.

Each holiday villa property is personally inspected by one of our directors to ensure that our high standards are always met. We show up to 30 photographs of each holiday villa property on our website, both interior and exterior, as we believe it is the best way, short of a personal visit, for our clients to get a true feel for the holiday villa.

Our holiday villa portfolio offers a very diverse range of villas from a luxury private island to castles, wine estates, converted monasteries, family homes and many villas which are steeped in history. There are villas on the beach, close to the beach and holiday villas with sea views. Some are in the mountains, by the side of lakes, some villas in town and others nestled in vineyards or olive groves.
