We are always looking to add high quality properties to our portfolio although it is our policy not to represent any that we have not personally visited and inspected.
Our client base is Global with a high return rate based on our ability to match clients to the right property and the fact that as well as advertising in such high end publications as Conde Nast Traveller and Tatler we also commit a large resource to worldwide marketing. In most cases we have local staff in each destination to greet clients at each property, liaise with owners and provide a complimentary concierge service.
Ours is a 3 way partnership not only between ourselves and our clients but, equally importantly, between our owners and ourselves. We have a dedicated team whose responsibility it is to constantly liaise with you for booking updates, material changes to the property, rental rates, special offers etc.
It is important to note that we are not a listing site and do not make a charge to owners. We take a 50% non refundable deposit from clients on reservation and in turn pay the owner immediately. The balance payment is due 10 weeks prior to client arrival and again the owner is paid immediately. In cases of very early bookings we may adjust the deposit and further payment percentages. It is our policy to take a damage deposit from clients prior to their arrival and in all cases we reserve the right to hold this amount in a client escrow account. We aim to return this deposit very soon after client’s departure and will reimburse owners for any damage agreed between the client, the owner and ourselves.
